Cummins Energy Solutions Nigeria (CESN), part of Cummins Inc., a $19 Billion Fortune 500 organisation, is the exclusive Cummins gas distributor & after market dealer in Nigeria.


CESN operates and maintains all West Africa plants with certified Cummins parts, 24x7 Cummins trained engineers on site, remote monitoring and frequent safety checks. Specialist maintenance is critical to keep the plant in good health, maximise load efficiency and ensure continuous power availability.

Powergas Africa Limited is Africa’s largest compressed natural gas (CNG) producer & distributor and pioneer in “off-pipeline gas distribution,” providing CNG to clients where piped natural gas (PNG) is unavailable.


Powergas operates three compression plants in Nigeria and is currently building one of West Africa’s first mini-LNG facilities – delivering clean and cost effectiveenergy solutions.In the past 6 years of operations Powergas has proudly had a 100% positive safety record while conducting over 30,000 CNG deliveries.

Gentec EPC, one of Nigeria’s most reputable energy EPC specialists with over 20 years experience in the country, is responsible for the engineering, balance of plant procurement and construction of the power plants.


Gentec EPC has consistently delivered a portfolio of world-class, robust power plants in challenging environments in a relatively short period of time. This enables Cummins Power Generation Nigeria to install & commission a captive plant within three months of PPA signing.

Soventix has a long history and expertise in the photovoltaic sector, starting from its establishment in 2010 and the first constructed project in Germany in 2011.


In 2012 the majority of the shares were acquired by the Venture Capital Fund IVLP and a new era of expansion started for Soventix, with projects all over the world from South Africa to the Americas to the Caribean project of Monte Plata of 33MWp.
